Terms of Use

Effective October 12, 2026 · These terms are an agreement between you and Jonas Production LLC (“we”, “us”).

1. The service

Mirae shows AI-generated previews of makeup looks on photos you provide, with suggested routines and product types. Previews are approximations for inspiration only: real results depend on your products, technique and lighting. Mirae does not provide medical, dermatological or skincare-treatment advice.

2. Subscriptions

• Creating looks requires an active subscription (weekly or yearly) purchased through Google Play or the App Store. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled. You can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies, except where the law requires otherwise.
• To keep the service sustainable, plans include fair-use allowances (currently 15 looks per week on the weekly plan and 8 looks per month on the yearly plan; HD looks count as 3). Allowances refresh automatically, and we’ll give notice in the app before reducing them.

3. Your photos and acceptable use

• Only upload a selfie of yourself. Inspiration photos are used only to copy the makeup style.
• Don’t upload photos of other people as your selfie, photos of minors, nudity, or anything illegal, hateful or that you don’t have the right to use.
• Don’t use generated images to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI output

AI can make mistakes and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected images. Use the in-app “Report this result” option to tell us. You may use your generated looks for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them on social media.

5. Termination

We may suspend access for misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
